Meet the Rebong Family

Church Planters

Alvin and Juana Rebong, along with their joyful five-year-old son, Kaya, are planting Nations Church — a new multiethnic church in the Seattle metro area, with an official launch planned for January 2026.

With more than two decades of ministry experience, the Rebongs are passionate about sharing the gospel, discipling others, and building Christ-centered communities that reflect the diversity of God's kingdom.

Since arriving in the U.S. in September 2023, they faithfully served at Anthem Church (our parent church), learning and preparing for this calling. They have shared the gospel with over 100 individuals through personal evangelism, hospitality, and outreach. Today, 60–70 people gather weekly in discipleship groups and monthly for worship. All glory to God!

A Story of Grace and Calling

Alvin’s journey began in the Philippines, where God miraculously healed his brother — leading him to Christ at 17. Despite challenges, he planted a church at 20 and later served 23 years as a bi-vocational missionary in Saipan while working as a fitness trainer.

Juana’s testimony is one of beauty from brokenness. As a child, she lived inside a prison with her incarcerated father and first heard the gospel through prison ministry. She has served in Thailand, China, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Saipan, using ESL, music, and hospitality to reach unreached people.

Our Heart & Vision

Together, Alvin and Juana desire to reach people from all nations and walks of life with the love and truth of Jesus. Their sending church, Anthem Church in Bellevue, continues to support them in this God-given mission.
